How do I get the Apple Watch app?

The Apple Watch app is included with your premium subscription. After subscribing, the app will automatically appear on your paired Apple Watch. Make sure your iPhone and Apple Watch are paired and synced.

What can I do on the Apple Watch?

The Apple Watch app lets you: track fasting with a beautiful circular timer, log quick check-ins (mood, energy, motivation), perform guided breathing exercises with haptic feedback, use urge surfing for cravings, access emergency motivation tools, and log workouts with heart rate data.

Why isn't my data syncing to the Watch?

Ensure your Apple Watch is paired and both devices are connected. Try restarting both devices. Data syncs via WatchConnectivity and should appear within seconds. If issues persist, contact support.
